It’s not possible to connect any phone or tablet to your TV using a USB cable alone. USB cables are generally used for charging devices and transferring data between devices, but not for streaming video or audio content from a phone or tablet to a TV.
However, some newer Android devices support a technology called MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link), which allows you to connect your phone or tablet to your TV using an HDMI cable and a special MHL-to-HDMI adapter.
