Don’t wait until you get older before you take care of yourself-Stella Damasus

The actress advises everyone to take a break no matter how they work.

She says working hard is good but when you work hard with taking a break your body, the body will shut down at the end of the day.

Stella Damasus further stated that this was a piece of advice her mother gave her while she was still young and now it is paying out.

The actress stated that when one gets to old age, all the stress garnered while young will affect the health and cause the body to shut down.

Stella said all these in a video which she dropped on the gram.

Recall the actress was dragged by her colleague, Etinosa Idemudia for advising young ladies against premarital sex.
