How to order food using the Bolt Food app. Are you at home or in the office and need something to eat? Now you can order food from your mobile app. This step-by-step guide will show you how to order food using the Bolt Food app available on iOS and Google Play Store.
Register
If you don’t have a Bolt account yet, you’ll need to sign in with your phone number or use the “skip” button near the corner to go directly to the Bolt Food menu to get started.
Bolt food menu
The main menu includes Bolt food specials, groceries available for pickup, and restaurants.
Search function
Use the app’s search function to find specific food categories or restaurant names
Select restaurant option
Once you find a restaurant, you can browse the menu and select specific foods. For example, I found Vida Cafe Café and decided to check out the panini menu.
Food selection
Once you find what you want, simply select the food and quantity and add it to your shopping cart.
When you’re ready to order, select View Cart to checkout.
Takeaway order
On the order screen, you can choose to ship your order via your current location or a specific location.
At the top of the screen, you will see how long it will take to deliver
Pay
Payment can be made by EC/credit card or cash on delivery.
