Tyrone Marhguy, the Rastafarian student who took legal action against Achimota school and finally won the case has said that he is not sure he will get a hostile environment to study.
While speaking in an exclusive interview with TV3 monitored by www.alreadyviral.com, he admitted that his issues with the popular school have painted him black in front before the public.
”I foresee there is a possibility of fear once I get to Achimota school considering the damaging consequences of this.
”I don’t think I will be a friendly face considering what they heard so I’m expecting this,” he said.
The Human Rights Court 1 Division of the High Court in Accra, on Monday, May 31, 2021, ordered Achimota School to admit Oheneba Nkrabea and Tyrone Marhguy to Achiomta School after the prestigious school initially refused to admit the duo on the grounds that they sport dreadlocks.
They were denied admission into Achimota school until they cut off their dreadlocks but they filed a suit against the school.
