Ghanaian lawyer, Samson Lardy Ayenini has revealed that the so-called lookalikes can all be jailed for impersonation.

Speaking on United Showbiz on UTV Saturday, Ayenini said impersonation is a crime in Ghana, a 2nd-degree felony that carries 10 years in jail.

His comment comes after the recent lookalike epidemic taking over Ghana.

Reacting to his views, netizens said they hope action would be taken against the lookalikes.

“Thank God . Impersonation is a crime! They better look for jobs to do,” one netizen said.
