An abroad-based Ghanaian man has reacted to the seemingly unending celebrity lookalike craze.
Celebrity lookalikes pop up day in and day and some artists have come out to express their disgust concerning people impersonating them.
Medikal, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, Quamina, Fameye and other A-list artists have advised people parading themselves as celebrity lookalikes/artiste lookalikes to desist from using the hard-earned brand of A-list artists to gain financial benefits.
An Abroad-based Ghanaian man has added his 2 cents to the ongoing brouhaha surrounding the celebrity lookalikes.
According to the young man, the likes of Kuami Eugene, Medikal, King Promise, Fameye and other A-list artists should be grateful to their lookalikes for making them relevant.
He explained that most of the A-list artists have been irrelevant for quite some time and their lookalikes popping up have made them relevant once again.
The man further said the likes of Medikal, Stonebwoy and other artists reacting to the celebrity lookalike craze attest that they are tapping into the trends surrounding their lookalikes.
He said top personalities worldwide also have lookalikes and Ghanaian artists or entertainers having lookalikes is not anything new.
