A University of Ghana student has been seen exchanging words with his girlfriend on phone after sending ¢150 plus e-levy charges as transportation fare to visit him.
In the said video, the student is seen asking the girlfriend about her whereabouts.
From the look of things, the girlfriend had used the money for something else instead of using the money for transportation to visit him.
She was heard giving excuses to her boyfriend that she will visit him later.
The boy was angry and stranded by the stories the girl gave her.
