R2Bees is a Ghanaian music duo consisting of Faisal Hakeem (known as “Omar Sterling” or “Paedae da Pralem”) and Rashid Mugeez (known as “Mugeez”). The group was formed in 2007 and they are known for their fusion of highlife, hiplife, and afrobeat music genres.

R2Bees gained popularity with their debut single “Yawa Gal” in 2009, and since then, they have released several successful singles and albums, collaborating with other Ghanaian and international artists such as Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.
Some of their most popular songs include “Slow Down”, “Life (Walaahi)”, “Tonight”, and “Plantain Chips”. They have won numerous awards, including the Ghana Music Awards, and have been nominated for several others.
R2Bees is widely regarded as one of the most successful and influential music groups in Ghana and across Africa, and their music continues to inspire and entertain fans around the world.
