Ghanaian dancehall artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah jr famed Shatta Wale has debunked rumours that he paid GH¢ 4 million to road constructors he reportedly asked Nima Boys to beat for failing to finish on time.

Shatta Wale dominated the news yesterday when several reports indicated that the self-procalimed dancehall king in Ghana hired some thugs from Nima to beat up constructors because they refused to give him access to the road.

Some Shatta Wale fans claimed on social media that the SM boss paid GH¢4m to a couple of road constructors to work on a road from Adjiriganor which is close to his office.

From the claims this happened before Shatta Wale travelled to States and when he returned back to Ghana and noticed that the road has not been constructed,he angrily asked that the constructors be beaten and asked them to stop working.

Well,Shatta Wale has debunked reports that he paid constructors  GH¢ 4 million to work on the stretch around his office in Adjiriganor.

Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM monitored by,Shatta Wale disclosed that he never disclosed on anywhere that he  paid anyone to construct any road.

“I never said I paid anybody to construct any road anywhere” Shatta Wale.

The ‘Hajia Bintu’ hitmaker also rubbished reports that his ‘boys’ assaulted the construction manager.

“My boys did not assault anybody. They did not assault any construction manager.” Shatta Wale added.
