Ghanaian actress, plus-size model and Entrepreneur Rya Anakwa has disclosed that popular dancehall artiste Shatta Wale gets away with anything because of his celebrity status.
Rya Anakwa’s statement is at the back of Shatta Wale’s recent alleged assault on contractors.
It could be recalled that Shatta Wale reportedly asked his ‘Nima boys’ to stop an ongoing road construction at a road around Adjiriganor leading to his Shatta Movement secretariat.
Shatta Wale yesterday apologized to Mr Kennedy Acquah, the contractor of the Adjringanor project for allegedly assaulting him.
Rya Anakwa who was reacting to Shatta Wale’s brouhaha with the road contractors disclosed that Shatta Wale gets away with anything because of his celebrity status.
She however eulogized Shatta Wale for apologizing to the contractors and Ghanaians over the alleged assault.
“It appears Shatta Wale can get away with anything because of his ‘celebrity’ status.I am glad he apologized.I just hope he does not get any assault issue on his record” Rya Anakwa said during a discussion on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz show hosted by Andy Dosty.
