Video of lady trying to show her exercise skills ended in tears

A Twitter lady has taken took Twitter to share a video of herself showcasing her exercise skills and she ended up hurting herself.

In the video shared by @CSexier, a lady could be seen in white shorts and white top with her head down and her legs hanging in the air.

She fell on the floor on her back in the process of showing social media users how great she is when it comes to exercising.
